Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an increasingly important strategic tool for companies to differentiate themselves in the dynamic business environment. CSR has gradually evolved from being merely a philanthropy-oriented PR activity to become the basis of corporate identity and culture.
CSR in China is developing quickly to respond to globalization and the increasing awareness aroused by media undercover and active engagement of internet netizens. Even the Chinese government is getting involved: within three years Chinese state-owned enterprises will, by law, have to disclose annual CSR-reports.
China IPR SME Helpdesk publications

China IPR SME Helpdesk Publications provide a range of expert-written guides, factsheets and presentations that assist SMEs in understanding the IPR landscape in China. Guides give advices on topics like patent, copyright and trademark protection, as well as, technology transfer to China.
The China IPR SME Helpdesk project is funded by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry under the Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP).
