FBCS Luncheon Seminar - Manage growth in turbulent market environment

Time: 11:15 - 13:30  Wed / February 8 / 2012

Venue: Radisson New World, West Nanjing Road 88 上海新世界丽笙大酒店 (上海市南京西路88号)

Many Nordic and multinational companies are facing the same challenge in China: how to find new avenues to growth when the economic slowdown in the west intensifies and the China market is becoming increasingly competitive. How to find competitive advantage and grasp market opportunities in changing times? How to develop business strategies and create value through organizational agility? And which tools can be used for managing risks?

On the 8th of February, we are pleased to have PwC Partner and Strategy Leader Graham Matthews as our guest speaker. Mr. Matthews will talk us through some tried and tested methods of accelerating business growth in China by using practical case studies. He will provide insight on the recent trends on how multinational businesses in China are seeking growth in the current economic environment: organic growth from new markets/channels, new partnerships, acquisitions etc.

During the seminar, FBCS will also release the results of the China Business Climate Survey 2012. The survey will provide us a snapshot of how Finnish companies are doing in China, identify opportunities and challenges and take a look at where things are headed.

Join us on the 8th of February to learn how your business can thrive in turbulent times!
