The Nordic Center at the recognized Fudan University in Shanghai inaugurated its new classy facilities the 26th of May. Students coming from the Nordic countries are now able to enjoy around 400 m2 of fabulous teaching, library and lounge facilities. The graceful surroundings provide excellent opportunities for learning.
The new 1,1 million Euro facilities, funded by Nordic governments, member universities, public and private Nordic foundations and Nordic companies, are however not only for Nordic students. Chinese students interested in the Nordic countries and exchange opportunities are also welcome to the Nordic Center, where they can get their first glimpse of Nordic lifestyle.
"The new building will be a natural hub for Chinese students going abroad and for Nordic students coming here" said Nordic Center Executive Director Chen Yinzhang.
